Located in Baton Rouge, Cypress Park is a New Urbanist infill community of 13 Lowe's Katrina Cottages affordable to members of the workforce. The Director of the US Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund recognized Cypress Park as the first development in the nation to utilize New Markets Tax Credits to create a 100% "for-sale" housing community.
